I picked up a set of keycaps from NovelKeys last year, i kind of forgot how long it’s been until I looked at my keyboard the other day. I use it pretty much every day, and the keycaps still look great. No weird fading, no cracks, nothing feeling worn out. They’ve held up way better than I expected, so yeah, I’m happy with them.

Everything was correct, which I wasn’t totally expecting. It’s always nice when the bare minimum is actually handled properly

I was disappointed with these switches. The website made them sound like they’d be smooth and a good value, but what I got felt rough, scratchy, and kind of cheap. A few of them had a noticeable ping too, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe I misunderstood the description, but it definitely didn’t match my experience. For the price, I expected a lot better and probably won’t buy switches from here again

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did get it sorted in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to chase them up a couple of times. What annoyed me most was the aggressive reminders I kept getting while the issue still wasn’t fully resolved. Overall, it ended up okay, but the process could’ve been smoother...

I used the Novelkeys site to look for switches and keycaps, and it was smooth. The filters actually did what they were supposed to do, pages loaded fast, and checkout didn’t turn into some annoying obstacle course, which is more than I can say for a lot of sites. It was simple and easy to get through, and I definitely appreciate that.

I preordered some switches and the wait time was made clear from the start, which I appreciated. They arrived without any issues and everything was fine when I got them. If you don’t mind waiting a bit for a preorder, I’d say it’s worth considering.

My first impression of NovelKeys was positive, they’ve got a lot of cool keyboard stuff and it’s fun to browse. I found some switches and extras that seemed fairly priced, but a few things felt a little expensive once shipping was added in. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad shop at all, just not always the best option if you’re trying to keep costs low.

The keyboard parts themselves were fine, but the box showed up crushed... and the keycaps barely had any padding around them. They made it through okay, but I expected better packing

I grabbed these switches from NovelKeys they’re okay. Maybe I was just in the mood to be impressed, but they didn’t feel quite as smooth as I had built them up in my head. Typing on them day to day is totally fine, though a few keys have that slightly scratchy feel that kind of bugged me once I noticed it. The sound is also a little uneven, which isn’t a huge deal, but it does take away from the experience a bit. Shipping was fine, nothing exciting or frustrating there. Overall, not a bad purchase, I just expected them to feel a bit nicer

My order did show up eventually, but the international shipping was slow. I lost track of how long it had been because the tracking barely updated for weeks, so I kept wondering if it was still moving or just stuck somewhere. Glad it arrived in the end, but the wait was confusing.

I reached out and, they got back to me quickly. They fixed the issue without making it a whole thing, which I really appreciated.

I really Like novelkeys because they actually get a lot of the cool limited-run keyboard stuff that I always seem to miss on other sites. Yeah, some things sell out Fast, but that’s kind of expected with this hobby. My order was packed well and showed up with no problems at all. I just wish I checked the site more often lol. Ordered a few keyboard parts. Site said they were in stock, but the order barely moved for way longer than expected. Support did reply eventually, though I had to keep nudging to get updates. Tracking also sat with no real change for a while. Items showed up in the end, so not a disaster, just wouldn’t count on the timing if you need parts by a set date.

It just wasn’t worth the hassle. I kept feeling like I was stuck in the whole process with no easy way out, and every step seemed to take more effort than it should have. I wouldn’t want to deal with it again...

I missed the first switch restock, which was a bit frustrating, but their email update actually helped me catch the next one. In my experience, the stock goes fast, so I’d definitely keep an eye on it if you’re waiting to grab something

I ordered a few switches, a deskmat, and some little keyboard parts from NovelKeys, it felt like a good deal. Compared to some other keyboard shops, the prices seemed fair, especially when there were sales going on. Who doesn’t like saving a bit on stuff they were already going to buy?

Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally reasonable. Everything showed up packed well, nothing was damaged, and it all looked exactly like what I ordered. What more do you really need?

Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to buy keyboard stuff without feeling like you’re overpaying. I’ll probably check there first next time I need switches or random parts, because why make it harder than it has to be?

I used to browse NovelKeys often, but lately the selection feels kind of limited to me. To be fair, maybe I’m just picky or I’m checking at the wrong times, but a lot of the switches and keycap sets I’m interested in are either sold out or not really my style. There are still some cool items on there, and the site itself is easy enough to use, but I usually end up looking around at other shops to find everything I want. I just wish they had a bit more variety in stock

I was already a bit cautious because the reviews were so mixed, and that usually tells me there’s probably a reason. Based on this one experience, I’m not really sold on them yet.

I got my keycaps last week, i’m happy with them. The legends look clean, which is something I really notice, and they feel super nice when I’m typing. Definitely a solid upgrade for my setup.

Overall it was okay, but the specs were kind of off sometimes—well, not all the time, but enough that I had to double-check a few things before relying on them
